KPT Participation Request

Kidokinetics offers both in-person and virtual training opportunities designed to equip each franchise with the tools necessary for developing high-performing teams. Our training programs are strategically developed to integrate and model best practices in collaboration, team-building, goal-setting, and reflection. Kido Pro Training (KPT) participants will gain valuable insights and leadership techniques during the training, which they can then implement in a “train the trainer” model within their franchises.

Each KPT participant will be enrolled in the Google Classroom KidoCoach Training, providing hands-on learning experiences paired with our asynchronous course. This comprehensive program includes a future toolkit of resources, reflection and collaboration posts, and best-practice artifacts, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.

KPT Goals:

  1. Understanding of Developmental Milestones for Toddlers, Preschool, and Elementary
  2. Best practices based on developmental appropriateness
  3. Classroom Management Strategies across our 3 age-groups
  4. Experience with all Green Sports and clear understanding of what these sports consist of
  5. Class Format and Flow
  6. How to access and locate resources for sports, LPs, special events
  7. Team evaluation and feedback process and best practices
  8. Smart lesson planning
  9. Awareness of your coaching strengths and weaknesses for continued growth.
